PR 1/2 (UI round 3, base = #95). Promotes cam_step test-fixture Builder core into a public cam_step::showcase module exposing one function: filleted_wedge_plate() -> real STEP p21 text for an honestly-labeled synthetic wedge plate (24x12mm, four 2.5mm fillets, all line-flanked because cam_geom::offset rejects arc-adjacent fillet collapse — documented). Scene d sections it at z=4mm through the real parse->resolve->section pipeline into a single 4-line/4-arc loop: 334 passes, 7:55 schedule, plunge entry, D selector button + full 4-place wiring. cam-step dep in Cargo.toml AND BUCK. cam-viz 18/18, cam-step 61/61, screenshot genrule green. 286 feature lines (one cohesive narrative per paused-cap precedent).

Content of this PR landed on main as part of the authorized #94-#97 merge train: head commit f12bcb5a is an ancestor of main via #97 merge commit a7b7dd3 (#97 was stacked on this PR and carried both commits). The direct merge API returned a transient 405 during base retargeting, and by the time it settled there was nothing left to merge. Closing as landed-via-#97; the manually-merged marker is disabled repo-side.
