PR 7/7 in the hero-toolpaths stack (prev: hero-lifecycle, last). Full module documentation: Next.js client-component integration snippet (with the @hero/* tsconfig alias), the fixed-seed poster capture workflow, the perf/energy budget contract, and the tuning-knob table. Review focus: that every README claim is true of the code as merged (bundle size 4.7KB gzip, gating behavior, alias path).
