Add deleting. Functionally works as follows:

  • Merge PR or Merge Stack occurs
  • Each commit that successfully merged gets a Delete Branch button
  • Branches higher than first on the stack get "Delete Branches" button that will delete everything below.

Note: Squash Stack will auto delete everything except for the top PR when it runs the merge. It warns the user this will happen. Also accidentally added a bit of readme stuff in this that should have been separate, whoops!
